      High performance ropes made in Germany by PFEIFER DRAKO are used for the highest, fastest and most demanding elevator systems in the world. The lifts in the Eiffel Tower, the Shanghai World Financial Centre and the Burj Khalifa are just a few examples of the execution of application-specific rope design in co-operation with our customers.
      PFEIFER DRAKO also makes a decisive contribution to the design of innovative drive concepts of the national and international lift industry, such as lifts without a machine room for the low-rise area. Our high performance ropes designed for the space-saving and highly efficient lifts without machine room are already approved in Europe and the Far East and have been used successfully for some years now.
Most important for us is the quality of our products and services. Our product innovations, processes and logistic services are always adapted to the customer’s individual needs.
      In 2008, for instance, we opened a production facility in China in which we apply the same quality standards as in Germany. In addition, we have an efficient sales and service network in the world’s most important markets in order to ensure individual customer support.
